Arche HR
Arche HR is an HR and payroll web application for employers in Kenya. A company uses it to
keep employee records, track attendance and leave, run Kenya payroll (PAYE, NSSF, SHIF and
the Housing Levy), pay staff by M-Pesa or a bank file, recruit and interview candidates,
and manage performance reviews.
A company can connect Arche HR to its own accounts at Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft
Teams, so that Arche HR creates the meeting link when a recruiter schedules a video
interview, and to Xero or QuickBooks Online, so that completed payroll is posted as a
journal.
